The lockdown may have affected the production of mainstream entertainment content, but it has also provided an opportunity for those who wanted to experiment with different forms of storytelling.

Natasha Malpani Oswal, founder of and creative producer at Boundless Media, has used the time to launch two mini-series, Objectified and Unseen, based on the lockdown.

While Objectified is a multimedia animation series that brings household objects to life, Unseen is a darker, more riveting series about four ordinary people caught in an extraordinary situation and explores the states of grief and anxiety.

Unseen, which has been shot in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh; Manali, Himachal Pradesh; Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai, Maharashtra, during the lockdown, features Tanya Lokwani, Akashdeep Arora, Kokila Beri and Aditya Pandey.

Talking about the series and their concepts, Oswal said, "Audiences are hungry for smart, original content and are increasingly global in their tastes. We are very excited about both our timely, genre-bending lockdown series. We work across long-form and short formats, but we always put the story first."

Both series are available for viewing on Boundless Media's YouTube channel.
