Pratiksha Mungekar plays the lead in the horror series Courtyard 704

Pratiksha Mungekar is playing the lead in the Marathi horror web-series Courtyard 704. The six-part series revolves around a newly-married woman Ravati (Mungekar) who moves into a new apartment, number 704 in a housing society called Courtyard, with her husband.  
 
Once Ravati gets pregnant, she looks ahead to a joyous life with her family. However, the apartment has a spooky history. It starts creating havoc in Revati and her husband’s life as the couple goes through many hair-raising incidents. 

Mungekar was last seen in the Marathi movie Babo (2019). She has also worked in quite a few Marathi television serials like Tu Tithe Mi, Pudhach Paul, Chhatriwali and Agnihotra 2.

Courtyard 704 also stars Charvak Madhuri, Vandana Marathe, Chandrajit Ranawade, Nilesh Mane and Vikrant Wadkar. 

Written and directed by Kiran Narayan Kambli, Courtyard 704 is produced by Prakash Tiwari, Rohan Tiwari, Suresh Anchan, Vishal Kumar Patil, Avishek Majumdar, Ravindra Mahadev Shetye and Nikhil Vitthal Chavan.
