Every father dreams of providing his child with a good education. But with education slowly becoming a private enterprise, only the rich can afford to provide the best quality education to their children, while the poor are sidelined. Prakash Jha's latest film Pareeksha: The Final Test, is based on this important topic. The first teaser of the film makes it evident that this will be another heart-wrenching story on a social issue, like most of Jha's movies.

The teaser shows rickshaw puller Bucchi, played by Adil Hussain, who dreams of providing his son with a good education in an English-medium school. But it proves to be an uphill task as he realizes that good quality education has become the monopoly of the rich.
In just 40 seconds, the teaser gives you an idea about the film's serious tone. The story of Pareeksha, which was shot last year, is reportedly based on true incidents from a Naxal affected area of Bihar.
The film also stars Priyanka Bose, who plays Hussain's wife, Sanjay Suri and child artiste Shubham Jha.
