Khuda Haafiz motion poster: Vidyut Jammwal is ready to overcome any obstacle for his love

Unlike Jammwal's earlier films, Khuda Haafiz, co-starring Shivaleeka Oberoi, is also a love story.

Over the years, Vidyut Jammwal’s name has become synonymous with the action genre in Hindi cinema, more so after he starred in the three instalments of the Commando franchise.

Jammwal's next film, Khuda Haafiz (2020), will also see him perform action scenes and stunts. But Khuda Haafiz is not an out-and-out action film. It is also a love story of the characters portrayed by Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi.

The motion poster for Khuda Haafiz, which has just been released, reveals that Jammwal’s character will go to any lengths for his lady love.

The motion poster does give a feeling that it belongs to a full-throttle action film as it shows a bomb blast and a group of characters carrying out some action with Jammwal in the foreground.

But the text says, 'His love knows no limits. No boundaries. No obstacles. No distance. No reason. No circumstance.' Clearly, his mission is related to his love story.

Khuda Haafiz is directed by Faruk Kabir. Before this film, he had directed Allah Ke Bandey (2010) and 377 Ab Normal (2019) and the web-series Hello Mini.

When Khuda Haafiz was announced last year, the makers said it was based on true events. Faruk Kabir, in an official statement, had said, “It's a subject that has been researched and written over nine months. Vidyut and I are attempting something here that neither of us has done before. So, we will keep our feet on the ground, our vision to the skies and hopefully surprise the audience by giving them more than they expected.”

Khuda Haafiz will be released online on Disney+ Hotstar.
