With the entertainment industry slowly getting back on its feet, films whose post-production had been stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic have again resumed work. Shantanu Ganesh Rode's Goshta Eka Paithanichi (2020) is one among them. Recently all the artistes working in the film, including leading actress Sayali Sanjeev, have begun dubbing for the film.

The film's shooting had wrapped up before the lockdown. But the makers were unable to complete the post-production work. Now  with restrictions being eased off, the makers are also looking to wrap up the technical work on the film soon.

Goshta Eka Paithanichi has Sanjeev playing a simple village girl, who dreams of having a car and a bungalow of her own. But what she wants most is a Paithani saree, a type of silk saree made in Paithan, Maharashtra.

The film is produced by Akshay Bardapurkar’s banner Planet Marathi and Golden Ratio Films. It also features Milind Gunaji and Shashank Ketkar.
