Bonus poster: Gashmeer Mahajani and Pooja Sawant are a romantic couple

The first poster of Marathi film Bonus gives us a slight hint of what to expect. Featuring Gashmeer Mahajani and Pooja Sawant, the poster has a backdrop of a vibrant and colourful Koliwada with the leads sitting in a romantic pose. What stands out in the poster is the blue suitcase beside Gashmeer Mahajani.

This is the first time Mahajani and Sawant are paired opposite each other. Sawant hasn’t had any Marathi release in two years. Her last Marathi film Lapachappi (2017) was appreciated by critics and audiences alike. That film was also produced by Arjun Singgh Baran.  

Bonus is directed by Saurabh Bhave who had earlier written the screenplay for critically acclaimed films like Taryanche Bait (2011), Hapoos (2010), and Chumbak (2018).

Produced by Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar, in association with Lion Crown Entertainment, Govind Ubhe, N Anupama and Kanchan Patil, Bonus is slated to release on 28 February 2020.
