Actress Neha Pendse gets married to boyfriend Shardul Bayas

Neha Pendse, a well-known face in Marathi television and cinema, got married to boyfriend Shardul Bayas at a grand traditional ceremony in Pune yesterday. The two had got engaged in August last year. Bayas is a businessman.

Pictures of the wedding, which went viral on social media, show the couple in a jovial mood, enjoying the moment to the fullest.

Pendse is known for her work in Hindi and Marathi cinema and television serials. Not many may be aware that she started out as a child artiste in the popular Zee TV series Hasratein back in the mid-1990s. She was later seen in other Hindi serials like Padosan (1995) and Khushi (2000-01).

As far as Marathi cinema is concerned, Pendse has been seen in films like Touring Talkies (2013), Anumati (2013), A Rainy Day (2013), Premasathi Coming Sunn (2014), Balkadu (2014) and Natsamrat (2016).

At the age of 14, Pendse made her Hindi film debut with Prakash Jha’s Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin (1999), which starred Sunny Deol and Mahima Chaudhary. She was later seen in other Hindi films like Deewane (2000), Devdas (2002), Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji (2011) and Gour Hari Dastan (2014).

In recent years, she became known for her Hindi web-series May I Come In Madam? on Hotstar and her stint in the Marathi version of Bigg Boss in 2018.
