The actress is reportedly in final talks to join the cast alongside Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Neil Patrick Harris.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is reportedly in the final stages of negotiation to join the cast of the upcoming Matrix film. Variety.com reported that the actress is in discussions to join the fourth part of the Wachowskis' seminal action-thriller franchise.
Backed by Warner Bros and Village Roadshow, the film is helmed by the co-creator of the series, Lana Wachowski. Beginning in 1999, the franchise has become one of the most popular in the science-fiction genre.
In addition to the original cast of Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, the film will feature additions Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Neil Patrick Harris.
The cast is currently in training before the production goes on the floor in California. While Reeves and Anne-Moss are set to reprise their roles of Neo and Trinity respectively, the details of Chopra Jonas's character have not yet been revealed.
The National award-winning actress was recently seen alongside Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in The Sky Is Pink (2019). The actress grew in popularity in Hollywood following her US television debut in the ABC drama, Quantico. She will also be seen alongside Richard Madden in the Amazon Prime Video series Citadel.
Chopra Jonas will also be part of two major Netflix productions. She has been signed on alongside Rajkummar Rao for Netflix's adaptation of Arvind Adiga's The White Tiger. She is also part of Robert Rodriguez's superhero film, We Can Be Heroes.
In addition to these, Chopra is in the process of developing an Indian comedy with Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor for Universal Studios.
