Sayali Sanjeev's two films Daah and Mann Fakira to clash on 14 February

Sayali Sanjeev and Suhrud Wardekar-starrer Marathi film, Daah: Marmasparshi Katha, will be releasing on Valentine’s Day on 14 February. As per a press release sent by the makers, the date has been finalized in accordance with the relationship-based theme of the film. 

Directed by Malhar Ganesh, the makers described the film in an official statement saying, “The film focuses on the importance of various relationships and looks at its different facets. The film gives a message that there is no difference between ours and theirs when it comes to relationships as we show affection and love in all of them.” 

Interestingly, Daah will be clashing with Mann Fakiraa, which also stars Sayali Sanjeev, which will also release on 14 February. It is rare for a lead actress to have two film releases on the same day. We need to wait and see if either of the films back out of the release date. 

Sayali and Wardekar have been acting in Marathi television serials over the years. Sayali has acted in quite a few films as well including Police Line (2016) and Aatpadi Nights (2019). She has a series of films up for release this year like Satarcha Salman, AB Ani CD, Gosht Eka Paithanichi, Mann Fakiraa, and Jhimma. Wardekar is making his big-screen debut with Daah.
