Malang song ‘Chal Ghar Chale’: Disha Patani and Aditya Roy Kapur enjoy their time together in this love ballad

Mohit Suri’s Malang, starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani, is a romantic thriller with all of Suri's trademarks. Like his previous films, this, too, has a romantic track where both leads enjoy their time together.

The song captures the beautiful moments of the couple frolicking through the streets of Goa and enjoying some quiet time together. Patani and Kapur have a natural chemistry and look like a real-life couple which is great considering that this is the first time they have been paired together.

The romantic ballad has been sung by Arijit Singh who brings forth the emotions of the song perfectly. Mohit Suri’s frequent collaborator Mithoon, who had previously composed the music for Aashiqui 2 (2013), Hamari Adhuri Kahani (2015) and Half Girlfriend (2017), has composed this new track as well.

Mithoon smartly keeps the arangement minimal and focuses on Arijit Singh’s voice. Arijit Singh is in his elements here and carries the song with his soulful performance. The very brief use of the violin in the interludes greatly enhances the emotional impact of the song. On the downside, the extremely slow tempo of the song might put off some listeners who have got used to faster numbers.
