Salman Khan announces Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali as his Eid release in 2021

While Salman Khan’s fans eagerly await his next flick Radhe on Eid this year, the star suddenly announced a new film for next year’s Eid through a Twitter post.

Out of the blue, the actor announced the film and its title, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.

Khan also said the film will be directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Khan himself under his banner Salman Khan Films. 

That the announcement took Twitterati and Khan's fans by surprise is evident from the replies his post has been getting. 

This is the first time Salman Khan will be working in a film directed by Samji. He has had a long association with Nadiadwala over the years. Nadiadwala also made his directorial debut with Khan’s Kick (2014).

The producer was also credited for the story of his last film, Housefull 4 (2019), which was a reincarnation comedy. Samji had taken over the director’s role in the film after Sajid Khan stepped down following multiple allegations of sexual harassment.

No information has been given out on the rest of the cast and crew of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
