Switzerland poster: Abir Chatterjee, Rukmini Maitra paired in a feel-good family drama

The first look of the upcoming film Switzerland (2020), directed by Sauvik Kundu, features Rukmini Maitra in a new look along with Abir Chatterjee. In the film produced by Jeetz Filmworks, Maitra will be seen opposite an actor other than her real-life partner Dev Adhikari for the first time.

Though the director has not disclosed much about the content of the film, the poster suggests a family drama. Along with Maitra and Chatterjee, there are two children on the poster. The way they are placed, it is apparent that Chatterjee and Maitra are their parents.

All of them are looking up, as a plane flies above their head. They are probably looking for a trip to Switzerland that will change their life forever.

The director has not provided much details regarding the other cast of the film. The film will be shot both in Kolkata and Switzerland.

It is interesting that along with the poster of Maitra’s Switzerland, the poster of Adhikari’s upcoming film Golondaaj (2020) has also been released on the same date.

Apart from Switzerland, Chatterjee will be seen in Indraadip Dasgupta’s Agantuk (2020) and Dictionary (2020) with Parambrata Chatterjee in coming months.

Switzerland is due to be released this summer.
