Dhanrajgir Productions' Bolo Hau ready for theatrical release

Dhanrajgir Productions has announced the theatrical release of its maiden venture, Bolo Hau – Ek Mazedaar Love Story, with Hyderabadi Tadka.

Directed by Tarun Dhanrajgir, the film is slated to be released in January 2021. Bolo Hau will mark the acting debut of Jahnavi Dhanrajgir, who has been cast opposite Ankit Rathi. Jahnavi has previously worked as assistant director and assistant editor on films such as Gunday (2014), Kick (2014) and Sultan (2016).

Bolo Hau is set in Hyderabad and will give the audience a taste of the milieu and distinct charm of the city. 

Announcing the theatrical release, the makers also revealed the first motion poster of the film, which features the couple. We also see the famous Char Minar in the background.

Talking about the film and his decision to release it in theatres, Tarun Dhanrajgir said "People think I’m crazy to insist on a theatrical release in these times. But I believe there’s nothing that matches the magic of a theatre experience whatever the genre. Though our film is a rom-com family entertainer without big action sequences, it has been designed for the big screen. Bolo Hau is a simple and sweet story, straight from the heart.  A wholesome family entertainer with fresh faces, an interesting storyline, ample drama and humour. It will leave you with a smile. I hope everyone loves the movie as much as we do.” 

The film follows  Salman (Rathi), the son of a small-time antique dealer, and Rukhsar (Jahnavi), who was born into a family of erstwhile nawabs, but is now facing financial issues. They both meet at a common friend’s wedding and end up falling in love with each other. The film shows how their love is tested and how they have to overcome various hurdles life throws at them to be together.
