Varun Dhawan wraps up first schedule of Jugjugg Jeeyo

The actor had resumed shooting for the project after recovering from the coronavirus.

Actor Varun Dhawan has wrapped up the first schedule of his upcoming movie Jugjugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh.

The actor took to Instagram to share the news along with a video of himself walking in a field while donning a  black jacket with Jugjugg Jeeyo written on the back.  Dhawan had tested positive for COVID-19 while shooting for Jugjugg Jeeyo earlier this month, along with Maniesh Paul, Neetu Kapoor and the film's director Raj Mehta.

JugJugg Jeeyo also stars Anil Kapoor, Youtuber Prajakta Koli and Kiara Advani, all of whom had tested negative for the coronavirus. This is Mehta’s second film after Good Newwz (2019), which starred Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Advani. The project is being produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
