Composer-lyricist duo Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur get married

The composer-lyricist duo Sachet Tandon and Parampara Thakur were wed on 27 November in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Noida.

Before the wedding, the engagement, haldi and mehendi ceremonies took place with both families in attendance. The duo also shared a video of the celebrations on their official pages.

The couple met five years while they were contestants on the music reality show The Voice India. They made their debut as composers with Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017) and have since composed, sung and written the songs for films such as Bhoomi (2017), Batti Gul Meter Chalu (2018), Saaho (2019), Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas (2019), Malang (2020) and Baaghi 3 (2020).

Their most popular composition is ‘Bekhayali’ from Kabir Singh (2019). Their upcoming projects include the Hindi remake of Jersey (2021) starring Shahid Kapoor.

Both Tandon and Thakur shared images of the festivities on Instagram over the weekend.
