Senior actor Sanjay Dutt was admitted last at Mumbai's Lilavati hospital after complaining of breathlessness.
The actor has been kept under observation and his condition is said to be stable. More importantly, Dutt's COVID-19 test was negative.
Sanjay Dutt later assured his fans that there was no cause to worry. "Just wanted to assure everyone that I’m doing well. I’m currently under medical observation and my COVID-19 report is negative," he said on Twitter.

Dutt's friend and fellow actor Suniel Shetty replied to his tweet saying, "Get well soon baba." Dutt turned 61 on 29 July.

A report on the Indian Express newspaper's website said Dr Jalil Parkar, who recovered from COVID-19 last month and is treating Dutt, is conducting a few more tests to determine the reason for the actor's oxygen level dipping.
On the work front, Dutt's last released film was Ashutosh Gowariker's Panipat (2019), He will next be seen in K.G.F Chapter 2, sequel to the 2018 hit K.G.F Chapter 1.
