Coronavirus update: Subodh Bhave, wife and son test positive for COVID-19

Popular Marathi actor Subodh Bhave has tested positive for COVID-19. His wife and son, too, have tested positive. All of them have quarantined themselves at their residence in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Bhave shared the news with his fans on social media. "I, my wife Manjiri and son Kanha have tested positive for corona. We have quarantined ourselves at our residence and are under the treatment of expert doctors," he wrote.

Soon after he posted the news, many of his colleagues from the Marathi film industry, like Sayali Sanjeev, Gayatri Datar, Prasad Oak and Amruta Khanvilkar, wished him a speedy recovery.

Last month, Bhave had resumed shooting for the folk art show Jay Jay Maharashtra Majha, which he hosts. What is more worrying is that the actor had recently attended the Zee Gaurav Puraskar 2020, where many celebrities from the Marathi film industry were also present.
