On the career front, Chiranjeevi will be seen next on the big screen screen in the Telugu film Acharya. According to reports, Acharya is about a middle-aged Naxalite-turned-social reformer who launches a fight against the endowments department over the misappropriation and embezzlement of temple funds and donations.
Acharya marks the maiden collaboration of Chiranjeevi and director Koratala Siva, best known for helming films like Mirchi (2013), starring Prabhas; Srimanthudu (2015), starring Mahesh Babu; Janatha Garage (2016), starring Jr NTR; and Bharat Ane Nenu (2018), starring Mahesh Babu once again.
