Bhushan Kumar, Pragya Kapoor to produce Abhishek Kapoor's next, starring Ayushmann Khurrana

Bhushan Kumar and Pragya Kapoor are co-producing filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor's next, an untitled love story starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor. This will be a joint venture between T-Series and Kapoor's Guy In The Sky Pictures. 
 
The filmmaker, who is working with both Khurrana and Vaani for the first time, is expected to begin shooting this October. Khurrana will be undergoing a physical transformation for it as he plays a cross-functional athlete in the film. 

Speaking about the co-production, Pragya said “Bhushan ji and Abhishek have always wanted to work together and we are starting that journey with this wonderful love story. It has a beautiful soundtrack, very different from what Abhishek has done before. Bhushan ji has been very encouraging and we are committed to deliver high quality content together.”

Bhushan Kumar shared he was glad to come on board the joint production with Pragya and Abhishek. "I have admired their way of working on scripts, creating different stories and engaging the audiences every single time," he said. "Abhishek with this film will create an unconventional love story with a new jodi of Ayushmann and Vaani who are extremely talented artistes. It’s always been a pleasure working with Ayushmann and with this film he will yet again surprise the audience with his work."
 
Besides this film, Bhushan Kumar and Pragya Kapoor will also produce two more films. One of them is the previously announced feature based on the Balakot airstrike, and the other is titled Sharaabi.
