The first look poster features Arjun in a fierce and intense avatar. His powerful gaze is an indication that he’s a man with lot of secrets.

While the complete cast and crew of Pushpa is yet to be revealed, Rashmika Mandanna has been confirmed to play the leading lady while Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as the antagonist.

Sukumar, whose last film Rangasthalam (2018) set new box-office records, is currently busy with the pre-production work on the project.

Pushpa is reported to be a thriller set against the backdrop of a forest. Arjun will commence shooting for the film once the lockdown is over. The actor was last seen in Trivikram’s Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo (2020), one of the biggest hits of his career. It grossed over Rs200 crore at the box-office.

In a recent media interaction, the actor had revealed that his next project with Sukumar would be one of the toughest of his career. Having previously worked together in Arya and Arya 2, both Sukumar and Arjun will be hoping to score a hat trick with Pushpa.
