SS Rajamouli, Jr NTR take up BeTheRealMan challenge; Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi nominated

Filmmaker SS Rajamouli and actor Jr NTR have taken up Arjun Reddy (2017) director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s BeTheRealMan challenge and uploaded videos of themselves doing household chores during the current lockdown.  

In the video shared on Twitter, both Rajamouli and Jr NTR are seen mopping floors, cleaning dishes and sweeping the garden. The challenge was first taken up by Rajamouli, who further nominated Jr NTR and Ram Charan, the stars of his upcoming film, RRR (2021). He also nominated his Baahubali producer Shobu Yarlagadda, filmmaker Sukumar and composer MM Keeravani.

Jr NTR took to Twitter on Tuesday to post a video. “Here it is Jakkana Rajamouli. It is fun when you share the work load. I now nominate Chiranjeevi garu, Nagarjuna babai, Venky garu and Siva Koratala garu for this challenge,” he tweeted.

The BeTheRealMan challenge has now gone viral. Jr NTR has nominated actors Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh and filmmaker Koratala Siva to take up the challenge.

On the work front, Jr NTR will be next seen on screen in Rajamouli’s RRR – Roudram Ranam Rudhiram, which also stars Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris in important roles. Jr NTR and Ram Charan play brothers in the modern-day portion of the film. They will be seen as Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju in the period portion, which will be the flashback episode. 

RRR is a fictional story set in the 1920s and is the about two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Jr NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Sitharama Raju.
