After having a poor opening weekend, it was obvious that Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, Prassthanam and The Zoya Factor would all fall further on Monday. While that is exactly what happened, there were a couple of surprises.

One is that Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass, the debut film of Sunny Deol's son Karan and actress Sahher Bambba, continued to lead in the race of the three laggards. PPDKP made Rs65 lakh nett on the day, as per figures shared by BoxOfficeIndia.com. The film has so far made a total of Rs5.25 crore nett.

Prassthanam, starring Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shroff and Ali Fazal, made a mere Rs50 lakh nett, taking its four-day total to Rs3.45 crore.

The bigger surprise is the horrifying collection of The Zoya Factor. Most reviewers had thought the film to be the better of the three, but audiences do not seem to have agreed. After putting together a collection of Rs2.30 crore nett on its first three days, The Zoya Factor, starring Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Dulquer Salmaan, fell to an astonishingly low Rs15 lakh nett yesterday. Its total now stands at Rs2.45 crore in four days, with its highest collection coming on Saturday and Sunday with Rs80 lakh each.

Meanwhile, the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Dream Girl continued to do well on its second Monday, with a collection of Rs3.50 crore nett, taking its grand total from the domestic box office to Rs98.37 crore nett. The film is expected to enter the Rs100 crore club today.
