Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Parineeti Chopra to voice Elsa, Anna for Frozen 2 Hindi version

Walt Disney Studios have roped in cousins Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Parneeti Chopra for the much-anticipated sequel Frozen 2. They will voice sisters Elsa and Anna respectively.

The 2013 animated film, Frozen, broke several records at the United States box office and won Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song. Singer-actress Idina Menzel voices Elsa, queen of Arendelle, who possesses special powers to control ice and winter weather, while actress Kristen Bell voice her younger sister, Princess Anna in the Hollywood version.
For the Hindi version of the animated sequel, cousins Priyanka and Parineeti Chopra, aka Mimi and Tisha, take on the roles. They will be working together for the first time on the Disney project.

Priyanka had previously voiced the character of Ishani in Planes (2013) and the snake Kaa in the Hindi version of The Jungle Book (2016). Frozen 2 is due to be released in theatres on 22 November in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
