Made In China song ‘Valam’: Rajkummar Rao, Mouni Roy enjoy little moments of romance

The king of sad romantic songs, Arijit Singh, croons a happy romantic number here.

Star singer Arijit Singh is known for his sad romantic songs, which he sings passionately. In fact, there are various funny memes doing the rounds on social media based on the singer’s image.

But Singh has tried breaking away from his image in the song ‘Valam’ from director Mikhil Musale’s Made In China. He has shown his class as he deeply gets involved in the emotion behind the innocent lyrics by Priya Saraiya and Sachin Sanghvi. Composer duo Sachin-Jigar’s tunes are perfect for such a romantic track.

‘Valam’ is a simple and sweet romantic song picturized on the lead pair Rao and Roy. It features their daily life and the small joys they gather which play a big role in making their life feel worthwhile.

The track starts with introductory lines in Gujarati sung by Saraiya. Her melodious rendition ensures that the song starts in a sweet manner. The track is her return to singing after two years. She last recorded a song in director duo Raj and DK’s A Gentleman (2017). She has also written lyrics for a number of films, like she has here.

Also starring Paresh Rawal and Boman Irani, Made In China will release on 25 October. Watch the song below and let us know if you are keen to watch the film.
