After Kabir Singh, Sandeep Reddy Vanga teams up again with Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani

After the humongous success of Kabir Singh (2019) earlier this year, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and producers Bhushan Kumar, the head of T-Series, and Murad Khetani, the head of Cine1 Studios, have now joined hands for another yet untitled film. 

In a press release, the makers stated that the upcoming film is a crime drama which still in its scripting stage and the cast is yet to be finalized. 

Sharing his reaction on the development, Kumar said in an official statement, "We all had a great time working on Kabir Singh and I am truly excited to once again associate with Murad bhai and Sandeep Vanga for our next, details of which will be officially announced soon."

The producer also revealed that he will be collaborating with Vanga for more projects too in the future. "Sandeep is an extremely talented filmmaker and it’s not just this one project, where we are partnering with him. There are many more films in the pipeline which T-Series is going make with Sandeep and I am really looking forward to it," he added.

Speaking on the latest development, Vanga said in an official statement, “It’s a pleasure to once again associate with Bhushanji and Murad bhai, I am happy that my brother Pranay [Reddy Vanga] who produced Arjun Reddy (2017) is now associating with T-Series and Cine1.”

He added about the film saying, “The film is a crime drama, which will be a pan-India project. I really loved working with Bhushanji and Murad bhai on Kabir Singh, as they give you the complete creative freedom and they always believe in good cinema and have great taste for music. I am looking forward to working on more films with T-Series.” 

Starring Shahid Kapoor, Kabir Singh is currently the highest grosser of 2019 with Rs276 crore, as per figures shared by BoxOfficeIndia.com.
