Mithila Palkar is Most Popular Actress at IMW Digital Awards

Mithila Palkar has won the award for Most Popular Actress in a Web-series for her act as Kavya in season 2 of Little Things at the IMW Digital Awards.
The event took place earlier this week in Mumbai. The other actresses nominated in the category were Radhika Apte for Ghoul, Mona Singh for Yeh Meri Family, Tisca Chopra for Hostages, Sayani Gupta for Four More Shots Please, Aahana Kumra for It Happened In Hong Kong and Nidhi Singh for Apaharan.
The third season of Palkar's show began streaming recently, from 9 November. The show sees her opposite Dhruv Sehgal.
The actress was, obviously, elated by the win. She shared a picture with the award on her Instagram page and said, “IMW awards were appropriately timed for Little Things 2's big win last night as it gave us another reason to celebrate while we were basking in the love we have been receiving for Little Things Season 3!”
Palkar’s latest film was director Sachin Yardi’s Chopsticks (2019), which also starred Abhay Deol. The film was released directly on Netflix. Her last big-screen venture was Akarsh Khurana’s Karwaan (2018), which also starred Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salmaan.
