While celebrities often rail against growing pollution, it is rare that a film gets affected by the problem. But that is what has happened. Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor's Delhi schedule for the upcoming Dostana 2 has reportedly been postponed following health concerns arising from the incredibly high pollution level in the city.
Aaryan and Kapoor were set to begin shooting for the sequel to the 2009 Dharma Productions film this week.
But a report on the website BollywoodHungama.com said the crew had to call off the shooting on account of health concerns after a heavy smog descended on the city.
Earlier, on the weekend Aaryan had shared a post on Twitter announcing the beginning of the Chandigarh-Delhi schedule.

The website quoted a source as saying, "The cast and crew couldn’t breathe. Visibility was so low that the camera couldn’t capture the shots properly. It was a no-win situation. The team decided to disperse until the weather improves."
Earlier this month, Priyanka Chopra Jonas had posted a similar complaint on her Instagram page during her shoot for the adaptation of The White Tiger.
Dostana 2 is written by Collin D'Cunha, Rishabh Sharma, Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora.
