The actor will play a baba who performs an exorcism in the ensemble comedy.

The already full cast of Housefull 4 (2019) adds one more name as actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui joins the list. Actors Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, along with actresses Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde are already part of the franchise film directed by Farhad Samji.

The actor's casting was confirmed by the production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment online.

The Diwali release has already completed filming last year. But now the full cast will reunite for a special song which will be shot soon. According to a report in the daily tabloid Mumbai Mirror, Siddiqui will be a part of the song with the six cast members as a "baba living in a den with 300 disciples".

Siddiqui, who performs in exorcism to help the characters in the film, has earlier worked producer Sajid Nadiadwala's directorial debut Kick (2014) with Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Rana Daggubati, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, and his daughter Jaime, are also part of the ensemble cast of the reincarnation comedy which focuses on two different eras. The film has been shot in the UK and in Rajasthan, India.

Housefull 4 is due to be released on Diwali 2019, towards the end of October.
