Kabir Singh's new poster captures the arc of Shahid Kapoor's character

The trailer for Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Kabir Singh is expected to be out on 13 May. The makers released a new poster of the film, which captures the arc of Shahid Kapoor's journey. The film is expected to be out on 21 June 2019. 

While the earlier posters were tinted red to convey the anger and despair of Kapoor's character, the latest poster has Kabir Singh in the centre dominating the rest of the grayscale picture. Kiara Advani also makes an appearance for the first time on the film's poster. The actress occupies the left-hand side, symbolising the role of her character in the beginning of Kabir Singh's spiral. 

The film is a remake of Reddy Vanga's Telugu film, Arjun Reddy (2017). 

Kabir Singh tracks the story of a talented doctor who spirals into an addiction of drugs and alcohol after his breakup.
