Ranbir Kapoor takes 'Shiva sessions' in Berlin for Brahmastra

Director Ayan Mukerji posted a video of Kapoor taking 'Shiva sessions' as part of his prep for the second schedule of the superhero trilogy.

Writer-director Ayan Mukerji has put a new video of Ranbir Kapoor taking ‘Shiva sessions’ in Berlin, Germany for Dharma Productions' upcoming Brahmastra which has been pushed to summer 2020. The shooting of the film has yet to be completed.

Mukerji shared the brief video on Instagram and wrote, "Shiva Sessions. Last Saturday, Berlin. Prep work for our next shooting schedule is on... and once again, our path led us to one of our most special collaborators on this journey - Ido Portal."

Kapoor is seen spending time with Ido Portal, popular Israeli movement coach, to help him with his character development and movement.

Portal trains athletes to regular as part of his routine to take forward "contemporary paradigm shift in physicality, moving us away from main culprits in movement and fitness as well as the separation between health, aesthetics, performance and art".

Kapoor's co-star Alia Bhatt is seen in the corner of the room, recording the session on her phone in the short online video.

The first film is a contemporary story, but as the motion poster had revealed earlier, Ranbir Kapoor’s character Shiva is linked to the last battle of the Brahmastra. The upcoming film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and wrestler Saurav Gurjar, who plays an antagonist.
