Prabhas’s determined expression builds anticipation for Saaho: See poster

Keeping his promise, Prabhas has given a surprise for fans in the form of the first poster of his keenly awaited upcoming film Saaho.

Prabhas shared the poster on his official Twitter handle and said, “Here it is darlings, for all of you... The new official poster of my next film Saaho. See you in theatres on 15th August!”

The Baahubali (2015) star had given a hint of the poster yesterday when he posted a video saying he would be giving his fans a surprise the next day.

The first poster of Saaho sees the actor wear a determined expression with his eyes speaking out. His round spectacles are unusual. But they look good on him. His black jacket, designer stubble and hair brushed back indicate that he is ready for action.

Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho is a science-fiction thriller which also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff and Arun Vijay.

The film was announced in 2017 through a teaser that was played before Prabhas’s previous release Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017). There has been keen anticipation for the film ever since.

Saaho is this year’s Independence Day release on 15 August. It is a trilingual film being released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
