An old typewriter (is there any other kind now?) is linked to the sinister deaths of three individuals in a Goan villa that is said to be haunted.
The children of the neighbourhood and their trusty Labrador take it upon themselves to investigate whether Bardez Villa and its inhabitants are up to something.
Created by Sujoy Ghosh, the five-part series follows the three children get in over their heads as they try to solve the mystery. However, Palomi Ghosh's character, who now owns the typewriter, is tied with the haunted villa and may be behind those mysterious deaths after all.
Is she committing these murders or is it a sinister force? Ghosh's series has drummed up enough mystery for us to be curious.
Purab Kohli also stars as a local policeman while actors Jisshu Sengupta and Sameer Kochhar are also part of the series.
Typewriter, written and directed by Ghosh, will be streaming on Netflix from 19 July.
