After the Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, YouTube seems to be the next platform for actors and actresses. Alia Bhatt becomes the latest to launch her own YouTube channel. The actress made her debut on the video streaming platform with a short video, promising an inside view into her life behind the screen.

Speaking on the purpose of the YouTube channel, Bhatt said, "I have done the Insta world, the Twitter world, and now I am trying to get on to the YouTube world."

Bhatt went on to say, "What you will get to see on my Youtube channel is a lot of me just being totally unadulterated, more like in front of life, good days, bad days, funny days, hectic days, interesting days, sweet days, just days."

The funny, short video seems to be in line with Bhatt's appearance as the smart, young, savvy actor and seems to be an appeal to her fan demographic.

The short video also includes a clip of the actress's makeup routines, which is likely to be a part of the deepdive that the YouTube channel aims at.

A Mid-Day report had stated that the actress is also likely to share her fitness routines, diets and how she alters them to suit the looks for various films on the channel. Bhatt will also use the channel to address the issues that she is passionate about.

The actress is currently shooting for the fantasy adventure film Brahmastra (2020) in Benares, Uttar Pradesh, and has SS Rajamouli's RRR, Sadak 2 with her father Mahesh, and the Salman Khan-starrer Inshallah also lined up in next year.
