Actress Radhika Apte is having a busy time in Europe as she attended the Edinburgh International Film Festival and the London Indian Film Festival.
Apte showed off her look as Noor Inayat Khan for the upcoming international spy thriller Liberté: A Call To Spy, which will be released later this year.
The film, directed by Lydia Dean Pilcher, had its world premiere at the 73rd edition of the Edinburgh International Film Festival, which is currently on.
She stars as Khan, the Indian princess with an Indian father and American mother who was the first Muslim female wireless operator for Britain in World War II.
Actresses Stana Katic and Sarah Megan Thomas play fellow spies, while actors Linus Roache and Rossif Sutherland are also part of the ensemble cast.

After the Edinburgh premiere of the film, the actress headed to London where she was in conversation with filmmaker Peter Webber at the London Indian Film Festival.
Besides Liberté: A Call To Spy, Radhika Apte is working on Raat Akeli Hai, with actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and on the Tamil film, Ula. She was most recently seen on the big screen in India in Bombairiya (2019) and the Hollywood film, The Wedding Guest (2019), with Dev Patel earlier this year.
