Khandaani Shafakhana poster: Sonakshi holds centre stage as the men around hide their faces

A badass Sonakshi Sinha holds court in the first poster of Shilpi Dasgupta's Khandaani Shafakhana. A quote by her character, Baby Bedi, reads 'Main jitna bolungi logo ko utni hi sharm aani hai'.

The lead actress showed her look in her next film on Twitter.

The film's title is a mouthful and refers to a family hospital. The poster reveals that the 'family hospital' is actually a sex clinic. Hence, the men around Sinha's character are trying to hide their faces with whatever they can find as they go to her for their 'problems'.

The poster also seems to suggest that this is something Sinha's Baby Bedi may have inherited and now has taken the helm of.

Shilpi Dasgupta, a former associate director and writer, makes her directorial debut with this slice-of-life comedy. Besides Sinha, the film features actors Varun Sharma and Annu Kapoor and marks the acting debut of singer-rapper Badshah.

The trailer for the film will be released after two days. Khandaani Shafakhana, co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, is due to be released on 26 July.
