Kabir Singh's 'Tera Ban Jaunga' song: Watch Shahid Kapoor become Kiara Advani’s chowkidar

The latest song from Kabir Singh, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, throws more light on the relationship between the characters portrayed by the two artistes while highlighting the guy’s protective and possessive nature.

The ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ song plays while Kapoor and Advani's characters are students in medical college. It shows their journey during the phase when they are deeply in love. We mostly see Kapoor's Kabir Singh displaying his fondness for Advani's Priti and protecting her in various ways.

The most noteworthy sequence is the one where he pops up on stage to stand beside her as she is making a speech so that the audience, collegians all, does not bully her. On a lighter note, he temporarily becomes her chowkidar as well.

Akhil Sachdeva has a typical voice which goes well with the nature of Kapoor's emotionally charged character. Tulsi Kumar chips in with a valuable contribution. Sachdeva, who is also the composer, has kept things simple, and that works for the number.

Like in the film's trailer and previously released songs, the pairing of Kapoor and Advani looks impressive again.

Kabir Singh is the official Hindi remake of the cult Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017), which was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who is also directing this version.
