Judgemental Hai Kya trailer: Kangana, Rajkummar are murder suspects in this mystery

The Judgemental Hai Kya trailer ends with the tagline, 'Trust No One'. It begins with two suspects for a murder - Bobby, played by Kangana Ranaut, and Keshav, played by Rajkummar Rao. Both are eyed by the police for a murder, but who has been killed? We're not really sure. 

Bobby, we're told is a loudmouth and unpredictable, while the more suave Keshav has everything going for him. He is Bobby's neighbour and she suspects something's not right with him. "Aaj kal normal logon se darron [Nowadays you should fear the normal people]," she whispers. Hussein Dalal's character feels Bobby is obsessed with Keshav.

Both Bobby and Keshav level charges at one another, but who's really telling the truth? We'll have to watch the film to find out.

Prakash Kovelamudi's mystery, written by his wife Kanika Dhillon, throws a lot of things to the viewer, without giving a clear idea of what the film is about. Maybe that's a good thing.

Rao and Ranaut's equation in the film is also unclear. The two characters are each other's nemeses, but it just feels like Rao has the upper hand in the scenario. Judgemental Hai Kya, produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Shaailesh R Singh, is due to be released on 26 July.
