Smeep Kang’s Jhootha Kahin Ka and director duo Manoj Jha and Prince Singh’s Family Of Thakurganj released yesterday (19 July) and both films have opened to dismal numbers.
Starring Rishi Kapoor, Sunny Singh Nijjar and Omkar Kapoor, Jhootha Kahin Ka managed Rs50 lakh only, while Family Of Thakurganj, which stars Saurabh Shukla, Mahie Gill and Jimmy Shergill, earned a mere Rs20 lakh on their first day as per figures shared by Boxofficeindia.com.

Other films like Penalty and Wig Boss also released yesterday. Their collections are too low to report.

Despite the release of Super 30 and The Lion King, Shahid Kapoor's holdover film Kabir Singh managed to earn a good Rs1 crore on its fifth Friday. The films overall total now stands at an incredible Rs265.18 crore. The film is the highest grosser of 2019 so far.
