Jabariya Jodi song 'Dhoonde Akhiyaan': Romantic track has Sidharth and Parineeti seeking answers

After some boisterous songs, Jabariya Jodi's latest number slows down a bit. The romantic 'Dhoonde Akhiyaan' track by Tanishk Bagchi makes the leading pair, Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra, seem to seek answers about what they eventually want to do.

As the song begins, Abhay (Malhotra) tells Chopra's character Babli that he might just steal her away. To which she replies, why don't you trying asking? Abhay seems unsure of his answer.

The number, sung by Yasser Desai and Altamash Faridi, has a tinge of regret in it, largely owing to the lyrics by Rashmi-Virag. The melody by Bagchi is light and airy, and flows easily with their words. Desai, too, brings raw emotion into 'Dhoonde Akhiyaan' as the characters go through their inner turmoil.

The visuals seem to suggest that Babli is getting married, but to whom? And will Abhay be dancing in her baraat when the time comes?

Jabariya Jodi, directed by Prashant Singh, is due to be released on 2 August.
