Soundarya Rajinikanth to marry Vishagan Vanangamudi on 11 February

Soundarya, known for directing films such as Kochadaiiyaan (2014) and Velai Illa Pattadhaari 2 (2017), is all set to marry for the second time. If the industry grapevine is anything to go by, Soundarya will marry actor and businessman Vishagan Vanangamudi in a private ceremony in Chennai on 11 February.

Apparently, the couple got engaged last year and both of them have maintained a low profile about their relationship status. However, they don’t intend to keep the news about their marriage low profile and plan on inviting the who’s who of the film fraternity.

The wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place from 9-11 February. Soundarya’s sister Aishwarya is taking care of the guest lists and apparently on the evening of 11 February a grand reception is being planned.

After separating from her first husband in 2016, Soundarya and Vishagan are said to have been seeing each other from 2017. Soundarya married popular industrialist Ashwin Ramkumar in 2010, and the couple have a baby boy. Having started her career as a graphic designer, Soundarya started her career by working in films such as Majaa (2005), Sandai Kozhi (2005) and Sivaji (2007). 

Soundarya is the daughter of superstar Rajinikant.
