While it is a completely new franchise and a different production, the makers of Street Dancer seem to be bringing the team of ABCD 2 (2015) together. The latest still captures actor Varun Dhawan and Prabhu Deva going head to head as they play the two dancers in the film. The film will also feature Shraddha Kapoor and will be released on 8 November 2019.
To be shot entirely in 3D, the makers are reportedly aiming to set 'new standards' in dance. While it is based on the similar format of the earlier franchise of ABCD - Any Body Can Dance, the film is a completely new production and will focus on many local and international dance forms.

The poster seems to hint at a confrontation between the characters played by Dhawan and Prabhu Deva. While they played mentor and mentee in the earlier franchise, the new production seems to pit their two dancing styles against each other.
