Director Aditya Dhar's Uri: The Surgical Strike looks like it is in no mood to stop its record-breaking run at the box office. The film notched up a fantastic Rs6.29 crore at the box office on its sixth weekend, according to Boxofficeindia.com.
The Vicky Kaushal-starrer finished its sixth Friday with Rs1.20 crore. But the collection only snowballed on Saturday with Rs2.50 crore, and on Sunday with Rs3.25 crore.

The weekend takes the collection to Rs6.95 crore, which puts the film past the sixth-weekend records of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) [Rs5.38 crore] and Badhaai Ho (2018) [Rs5.72 crore].
The film has also broken the 18-year-old record of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001) [Rs6.09 crore net].
Uri's total collection now stands at Rs225.73 crore approximately. The film is only the 11th highest nett grosser, behind Simmba's Rs240 crore.
If the current trend holds, the film might be the first in Indian cinema history to notch up double figures at the box office in its sixth week.
