Luka Chuppi song 'Tu Laung Main Elaachi': Kriti and Kartik dance to yet another Punjabi remix

After remixing Punjabi songs like 'Photo Song' and 'Coca Cola' for the film Luka Chuppi, music composer Tanishk Bagchi has now recreated 2018's superhit song 'Laung Laachi' from the Punjabi film of the same name, sung by Mannat Noor. Laung Laachi, directed by Amberdeep Singh, featured Neeru Bajwa and Ammy Virk in the lead roles.

Wonder why the makers haven't released any original song that a romantic comedy like Luka Chuppi could be identified by.

Titled 'Tu Laung Main Elaachi', the song's lyricist Kunaal Vermaa retains the original lines in the chorus, but translates them into Hindi. Bagchi, too, sticks to the original more or less, in terms of beats and tempo.

The video is a pretty standard wedding dance and celebration video, amidst which the romance between the lead actors, Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, unfolds.

When you have the beautiful original song just a click away, why would you listen to a half-baked remix like this one?

Directed by Laxman Utekar, Luka Chuppi, which revolves around a live-in couple from a small town, will be released in theatres on 1 March.
