Director Mohit Suri’s Malang has been moved up by a week on 7 February 2020. It was earlier supposed to be a Valentine’s Day release. The film is a revenge saga with an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, Disha Patani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Amruta Khanvilkar and Kunal Kemmu.
Director Hansal Mehta's Chhalaang was recently announced to be released on 31 January. But the film will now see the light of day on 13 March. It stars Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha. The movie was earlier titled Turram Khan.
Anurag Basu’s untitled next was initially supposed to release in January 2020. It was then delayed to 21 February 2020. But after Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan was decided to be released on the same date, Basu pushed his film to 13 March 2020. And now, the makers have delayed the film yet again to 24 April 2020.
The film has an ensemble cast of Rajkummar Rao, Sanya Malhotra, Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi and Fatima Sana Shaikh. For the uninitiated, Basu’s last film Jagga Jasoos (2017) was also postponed several times.
