The song ‘Khari’ from director Sanjay Jadhav’s Khari Biscuit showed an emotional bond between the two child actors playing Khari (Vedashree Khadilkar) and Biscuit (Adarsh Kadam). They are siblings living in abject poverty. 

But the ‘Biscuit teaser’ from the film, which is just out, falls in the funny and light-hearted zone. It basically establishes the character of Biscuit. Despite being a kid, Biscuit is very intelligent. So much so that he can instantly devise means of creating more money or profit for anyone’s business. 

His idea of helping a biscuit seller earn more profit is worth mentioning. Despite him being street smart, there is a certain level of decency and innocence to Biscuit. 

Jadhav is known for making entertainers with big stars. Although Khari Biscuit doesn’t have big names and the film deals with an emotional bond of two siblings, this teaser gives a clear idea that the film has given importance to entertainment. This aspect gives the Sanjay Jadhav stamp to the product. 

The teaser also features Sushant Shelar who plays a shop owner and Biscuit’s friend.
