Saaho 'Enni Soni' song: Prabhas romances Shraddha Kapoor in this smooth Guru Randhawa number

Prabhas's entry into the Hindi film industry seems to be going smoothly. After the impressive Saaho trailer, the actor makes his appearance in the romantic song 'Enni Soni' for Sujeeth's film. Composed by Guru Randhawa, the song has vocals from Randhawa and Tulsi Kumar.

In keeping with the spirit of a blockbuster entertainer, the romantic song begins on cold, snow-clad peaks with Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor walking around in apparel that fashion designers dream of. While there are a lot of stylized camera movements, there is little to say in terms of choreography. This allows Prabhas to overcome his awkwardness at dancing and make a decent impression. The actor looks confident as Kapoor brings on the glamour.

Guru Randhawa's composition is mellow, pleasant and suits the tempo of the song. The composer-singer also brings home the lyrics that are utterly simple. This does not mean the melody is any less. The song has the rhythm and harmony to go with it. It opens with an impressive tune and progresses smoothly. With its pleasant rhythm, the song does have the potential to be an earworm.

While Randhawa opens the song, Tulsi Kumar brings a nice balance to it. Both singers bring their skills to the fore, though Prabhas's actions and Randhawa's voice are a little incongruous visually.

Saaho, directed by Sujeeth, is set to be release in theatres on 30 August.
