After Super 30, Hrithik Roshan turns attention to Krrish 4, Satte Pe Satta remake

In a recent interview, the actor seemed to hint that the scripts he is currently working on include Farah Khan's Satte Pe Satta remake.

Hrithik Roshan's performance in Super 30 (2019) seems to have caught on. The film's positive performance at the box office has put the actor back in the spotlight.

In recent interviews, the actor has pointed out that he has already shifted attention on to his next projects. Two of the key projects in Hrithik Roshan's book are likely to be Krrish 4 and the Satte Pe Satta (1982) remake by Farah Khan.

Speaking with ZoomTV.com, the actor said, "So, we are in the final stage of the script. That’s what I would say... depends on what I plan to do next. If I plan to do another film before Krrish 4 then maybe that [the release date of Christmas 2020] will shift."

Krrish 4 was announced back in 2018, with Rakesh Roshan tweeting about the release in Christmas 2020. However, with Rakesh Roshan being diagnosed with cancer, the project was put on the back burner.

In addition, Hrithik Roshan has the action-packed War (2019) in the lineup. The actor will face off with Tiger Shroff for the first time in his career in the Siddharth Anand film.

In addition to these, the actor is reportedly part of Farah Khan's remake of the 1982 comedy, Satte Pe Satta. Speaking to the website BollywoodHungama.com, Hrithik admitted that Satte Pe Satta 'might be' among the scripts he is reading.

"I have about three-four scripts with me right now," the star said. "I still have to read them all and then accordingly I will make up my mind about the next film. The Satte Pe Satta remake might be one of them."

While there was speculation about Hrithik being part of the project, there had been no confirmation from the makers or the actor till now. The Satte Pe Satta remake is said to be produced by Rohit Shetty. Shetty and Khan had announced in February that they were coming together for "the mother of all entertainers".
