After introducing the male lead Abhinay Berde from his next film Rampaat, director Ravi Jadhav has now brought out a teaser introducing the female lead, Kashmira Pardeshi and her character, Munni.

Munni seems to be similar to the character of Mithoon. She hails from Kolhapur and believes in being bindaas and outspoken. She is a wrestler as well, and her physical and mental strengths go hand-in-hand.

Like Berde’s character Mithoon, she too dreams of being a film star and act in larger-than-life movies. This teaser ends on a funny note. Going by her energy and spunk, Pardeshi seems to be a perfect fit for the role.

She made her Telugu film debut with Srinivas Chakravarthi’s Nartanasala (2018). Rampaat is her Marathi film debut. This year Pardeshi will also be seen making her Hindi film debut in the much talked about Mission Mangal. Directed by Jagan Shakti, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu and Dalip Tahil.

Rampaat is Jadhav’s next film after the highly acclaimed Nude (2018). Starring Kalyanee Mulay and Chhaya Kadam, the film was based on the lives of nude models who pose for painters and sketchers at the JJ School of Arts.

Rampaat is scheduled for release on 17 May. Watch the teaser below and let us know if you would be interested in watching this film.
