It's Mother's Day release for Sridevi's Mom in China on 10 May

Actress Sridevi's last film Mom has gotten a fitting release in China — 10 May, Mother's Day. The actress's film was earlier scheduled to be released on 22 March but got pushed back by another month-and-a-half.
The drama, directed by Ravi Udyawar, released in India on 7 July 2017. Sridevi won the National Award for Best Actress posthumously for her performance last year.

The film will be released in China by Zee Studios International. "We wanted to pick the perfect date for the release of such a special film like Mom in China, which is a huge market, and has great potential for the film to do well. As a tribute to all mothers, we have chosen 10 May to release this riveting film in China," Vibha Chopra, the head of marketing, distribution and acquisition, said in statement.
Mom also stars Akshaye Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sajal Ali.
