The latest poster of Swapnil Joshi-starrer Mogra Phulala gives a glimpse into the relationship between a mother and son. Veteran actress Neena Kulkarni plays Joshi's mother in the film.
The image of the actor putting his head on his mother's lap is moving. The still indicates that the film could be high on emotions. The still released previously had introduced Joshi's character as an office-going common man.
Speaking about her association with the film and acting with Joshi, Neena Kulkarni said in an official statement, “I enjoyed shooting for the film as the director of the film Shrabani is a very dear friend of mine. I am doing a film with Swapnil Joshi after a long gap of about 14 years. It is a very beautiful and sensitive story and gave me satisfaction while playing a mother. I extend my special thanks to the producers Arjun Singh Baran and Kartik Nishandar for producing such a film.”
Mogra Phulala is the story of a man who falls in love later than the conventional time as he becomes busy fulfilling other responsibilities.
Chandrakant Kulkarni, the popular theatre and film director, is also acting in the film. Neena Kulkarni shares an old association with him. “I have acted in some of the popular plays directed by him. It was a different experience working with him again,” she added.
